The KÜBLER PSA REFLECTIQ Trousers are designed for professionals who require maximum visibility, superior durability, and great comfort on the job. Crafted with an ergonomic fit and robust CORDURA® reinforcements, these trousers offer excellent freedom of movement and outstanding resistance in high-wear areas. The integrated high-visibility elements and certified knee protection make them ideal for demanding work environments. Suitable for all seasons, these trousers combine protection, functionality, and style for modern tradesmen.

  • High-visibility design: Features 7cm-wide, continuous reflective strips and segmented reflective bands for increased safety.
  • Durable construction: Made of 85% polyester and 15% cotton with robust CORDURA® reinforcements at high-stress areas.
  • Ergonomic movement: Pre-shaped knees and stretch inserts ensure unrestricted mobility and comfort.
  • Knee protection: Knee pockets from above with CORDURA®, water-repellent flap and certified to EN 14404 for use with compatible pads.
  • Smart storage: Multiple pockets including double ruler pocket, cargo and back pockets, all with CORDURA® reinforcements—plus extra zipper pockets ideal for smartphones.
  • Secure fit: Elastic waistband, strong CORDURA® belt loops, and stress points reinforced with bartacks.
  • Dirt-repellent: Easy-care, soil-repellent fabric for a professional appearance and lasting performance.
  • High visibility Class 2: Certified to EN ISO 20471 for enhanced safety in low-light conditions.



Certification

  • EN 14404 (Knee Protection): This standard certifies protection against injuries caused by kneeling at work.

    1. Type 2: Knee pads are inserted into designated pockets of the trousers, providing flexible, on-the-go protection.
    2. Performance Level 1: Designed for use on flat or slightly uneven surfaces; protects against penetration at a force of at least 100 N.
    3. A1 Amendment: Complies with latest updates for enhanced safety and performance.
  • EN ISO 20471 (High Visibility Clothing) Class 2: Ensures the garment provides intermediate visibility level suitable for road and construction work.

    1. Class 2: Garment includes a minimum of 0.5 m² fluorescent background fabric and 0.13 m² of retroreflective material for 360° visibility.
    2. Application: Appropriate for workers exposed to moving traffic, machinery, or low-light environments.
  • OEKO-TEX® PPE: Confirms the absence of harmful substances, supporting wearer safety and comfort.
